Kenya's ClimateThe climate in Kenya, as in most places, varies from what part of the country you are in. The climate along the coast is tropical, meaning lots of rainfall and higher temperatures throughout the year, along with a lot of humidity. In the west and south-west, the temperatures are very mild partially because of the mountains and plateaus in the area. And finally, in the north and east it gets very hot and dry due to the lack of large land masses near by. |
